1. Block and granular hot melt adhesive

This kind of hot melt rubber pellets has a large output. There are blocks in the form of squares, round blocks, and granular ones in the shape of flat, rhombus, and cylinder. The colors are light yellow, white, red, black or translucent and colorless. When using, there should be a melting pot, and after melting, scrape coating, roll coating, spray coating or extrusion coating.

2. Rod-shaped hot melt adhesive

Usually it is a round rod-shaped rubber strip with a length of 150-300mm. The glue application tool is to insert the end of the glue strip of the hot melt gun into the barrel of the gun. After being heated, pull the trigger, push the glue strip forward, and extrude the melt glue at the same time. This glue is yellow, white, red, or colorless and transparent and is mainly used for bonding metals, electronic products, plastic parts and toys.

3. Powdered hot melt adhesive

Most of them are used for fabrics and pads, and the "coating" of the glue must be realized by a dusting device. When bonding, the glued lining material and other substrates are superimposed, and after hot pressing, tight bonding can be achieved. Such as adhesive lining for clothing, carpet backing, leather shoe lining. The pulverization of hot melt adhesive is more difficult, because of the friction and heat during mechanical pulverization, sticky lumps will appear, and chemical pulverization and cryogenic mechanical pulverization are required. Most of the colors are natural.

Four, film hot melt adhesive

The hot-melt adhesive is extruded into a film sheet into a roll product, cut to the required size, and sandwiched between the substrates and hot-pressed to achieve high bonding strength. The adhesive film can also be mixed with heat-curing components, such as epoxy resin or cross-linking agent. Transparent adhesive films are used in automotive laminated safety glass manufacturing and solar cell encapsulation. They have polyurethane film, polyvinyl butyral film, EVA film. There is no need for transparent adhesive film to be used for the bonding of boards on automobiles and planes.
