With the advent of winter and the sudden drop in temperature, the following precautions are put forward for the majority of hot melt adhesive users:

1. Please pay attention to the thermal insulation of the production workshop, and avoid placing the machine using hot melt adhesive in places with rapid air circulation, such as doorways, vents, etc., to ensure that the working environment temperature of the workshop is above 15 ℃.

2. Please pay attention to the heat preservation of the material to be bonded. If the material stored in the low temperature environment is directly used for edge sealing, it will cause the temperature of the glue to drop too fast, which will adversely affect the effect of the edge sealing, which will seriously lead to the opening of the glue .

3. If the temperature of the material to be bonded is lower than 15°C, it is recommended that qualified customers preheat the material to be bonded before packaging or edge sealing operations. If necessary, please add auxiliary heating facilities such as a hair dryer. Heat lamps, etc. to increase their temperature to achieve a good gluing effect and ensure the quality of packaging or edge sealing.

4. When using hot melt adhesive, please increase the setting temperature of the machine by 10~20℃. Always check whether the actual temperature in the glue tank is different from the set temperature to prevent the temperature control system of the machine from malfunctioning in winter, and the instrument temperature is inconsistent with the actual temperature.

5. The temperature of the warehouse where the hot melt adhesive is stored is also kept above 15°C to shorten the melting time of the hot melt adhesive in the glue pot.
