After the label is die-cut, it is easy to be loosened and the label will drop after being conveyed by several rollers. Shortening the waste discharge distance can greatly improve the label drop phenomenon.


3. Material pre-stripping


After pre-peeling, the hot melt adhesive label can reduce the release force and improve the phenomenon of waste discharge and edge breakage. In addition, in the case of insufficient die-cutting pressure, the die-cutting pressure can be increased by increasing the diameter of the die-cutting bottom roll to cut off the adhesive layer, so that the production can be carried out normally.


Fourth, install the heating device on the die-cutting machine


Low temperature leads to low viscosity of the adhesive, which is easy to cause the label to drop. After die-cutting and then heating, the temperature of the label surface increases, which can cause the viscosity of the adhesive to increase and the release force to increase, which can effectively improve the phenomenon of label drop.


5. Install the buffer roller on the die-cutting machine


The buffer roller can buffer the tension change of the waste discharge roller and improve the stress state of the paper edge. If the die-cutting machine does not have a buffer roller, it is easy to cause edge breakage due to the change of the tension of the waste discharge roller, while the die-cutting machine has a buffer roller, which greatly reduces the edge-breaking phenomenon. For hot melt adhesive labels, there are strict factors such as the choice of material strength, the uniformity of the backing paper, the precision of the die-cutting machine, the angle and sharpness of the die-cutting knife, the size design of the label waste edge, the die-cutting speed and the ambient temperature. requirements. Only when these conditions are met and the equipment is adjusted correctly can the die-cutting quality and production efficiency of hot melt adhesive labels be guaranteed.
