1. Selection error

Selection error mainly refers to the wrong type of hot-melt adhesive film or hot-melt adhesive mesh film selected to be used, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the material itself. It can be solved by replacing the corresponding model.

2. The temperature during compounding does not meet the requirements

The compounding temperature does not reach the melting point of the adhesive film or the omentum, resulting in insufficient melting of the hot melt adhesive and insufficient adhesive performance. In this case, it may be that the composite surface of the machine cannot reach the melting point of the film, or the heat permeability of the material is poor. If the machine temperature reaches the upper limit and still cannot be solved, a low temperature hot melt adhesive film test can be used. In addition, under the premise of ensuring that the material is not scalded, the surface layer with better heat permeability is selected for pressure heating.

3. Material compatibility issues

There are also differences in the scope of application of hot-melt adhesive films of different materials. The weak bonding may also be caused by the incompatibility of the selected hot-melt adhesive film and the material. Just replace the hot-melt adhesive film of other materials to test!
